Account Terms

  1. Your age must be 18 years or older to use leadsstorm.com
  2. It is required that you provide a valid email address and any other information in order to continue to use leadsstorm.com. Leadsstorm.com reserves the right to terminate your use of the services if your information is not complete or accurate.
  3. If leadsstorm.com makes the suggestion or recommendation on content and set-up, the client is responsible and liable for approving all content, including LinkedIn profile content, messages and postings, which are part of the campaign.
  4. You may not use leadsstorm.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  5. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national and internations laws relating to your use of the service. You may not violate any applicable law or regulation; post or transmit any materials that violate any applicable local law; use the service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose.
  6. You may not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from leadsstorm.com
  7. You may not resell, duplicate or reproduce or exploit any part of the service without the express written consent of leadsstorm.com
  8. leadsstorm.com may modify, suspend or discontinue this service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion if the Client is in breach of terms.
  9. leadsstorm.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  10. If you cancel or terminate your service, all of your content, data, information, text, files, documents, images may be immediately deleted from the service.

Payment Terms

  1. The monthly subscription fee shall be payable in advance by monthly installments until the contract is terminated by either party.
  2. No refunds or credits for partial months of service are granted, nor upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active account.
  3. Leadsstorm.com reserves the right to increase the monthly subscription fee at any time after the commencement date, giving the client at least 30 days notice.
  4. leadsstorm.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend an account for non-payment of the subscription dues.

Estimated Lead Quotas

  1. While experience enables us to predict with reasonable accuracy the outcome of clients’ campaigns, the number of hot leads generated will depend on your service, price, offer, message and your target market.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription in the correct manner. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your next billing date.
  2. There is no cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. You agree that leadsstorm.com owns all rights to the code, databases, visual-design and layout of the service itself.
  2. leadsstorm.com claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.
  3. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the content of leadsstorm.com’s service without the express written consent of leadsstorm.com.

Warranties and Liability

  1. leadsstorm.com does not give warranty that:
    • The service will meet your requirements or expectations.
    • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, bug or error-free at all times.
  2. You expressly understand and agree that leadsstorm.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your usage of the service.

General Conditions

  1. Your use of the service is at your own risk. You understand and agree that leadsstorm.com provides the service to you without warranty or condition of any kind.
  2. You understand that leadsstorm.com uses third party tools and services to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run and manage the service.
  3. You understand and agree that leadsstorm.com cannot guarantee the security of your data while it is being transmitted over the Internet and through servers that are out of our control.
  4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated, linked to, or partnered with leadsstorm.com.
  5. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse of any leadsstorm.com customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
  6. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless leadsstorm.com, its officers, directors, employees and its agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your use of the service or your violation of this Terms of Service.
  7. You agree to receive administrative and legal notices about the service electronically via email.
